Josh Rogers

Josh Rogers

Chief Executive Officer

Josh Rogers is CEO of Syncsort. Prior to becoming CEO, Josh served as President of Syncsort, leading global business operations, including sales, marketing, support and engineering. Earlier in his career at Syncsort, Josh was VP of Worldwide Field Sales, and before he joined Syncsort, he held leadership positions at IBM and Endeca Technologies.

Josh has also worked for Bank of America Capital Investors, the private equity investing arm of Bank of America, and the Investment Banking Division for Wells Fargo.

Josh holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.

Tendü Yoğurtçu, PhD

Chief Technology Officer

Tendü Yoğurtçu, Ph.D., is Syncsort’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She has 25+ years of software industry experience, including extensive Big Data and Cloud knowledge. As CTO, Tendu directs the company’s technology strategy and innovation, leading all product research and development programs.

Prior to her CTO role, Tendü has served as Syncsort’s General Manager of Big Data, leading the global software business for Data Integration, Hadoop and Cloud. Tendu has held several engineering leadership roles directing the development of the Syncsort Connect family of products. She also was a Computer Science Adjunct Faculty Member at Stevens Institute of Technology.

Tendü is a member of the Forbes Technology Council. She is also an advocate for STEM education for women and diversity, who was recognized as CTO of the Year at the prestigious 2019 Women in IT Awards, and recognized as an Outstanding Executive in Technology for 2018 by Advancing Women in Technology (AWT).

Tendü received her PhD in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Bosphorus University, Istanbul.

David Hodgson

David Hodgson

Chief Product Officer

David Hodgson is Syncsort’s Chief Product Officer (CPO). David has 24 years of experience in senior management roles at CA Technologies and Sterling Software in engineering, operations, business development, product management, technical support and professional services. His expertise spans mainframe, data management, network management and cloud. As CPO, he will run all product-related activities in the organization, including business development, support, services and product management.

Most recently at CA technologies, David was Acting GM for the Mainframe business unit, managing a $2.5Bn portfolio of mainframe solutions.

David holds a BTech, Science & Society from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom.

Lisa Crawford

Lisa Crawford

Chief Human Resources Officer

Lisa Crawford is Chief Human Resources Officer. She has deep experience across M&A, talent management, culture, learning & development, and HR operations. Lisa is a professional “change agent” who has built a 25-year career spanning several industries and areas of specialization helping the companies she has worked with successfully manage rapid growth, acquisition integration, and create a great workplace environment.

She has served in several senior HR executive roles, most recently as Chief People Officer at Unitrends, Inc, a private equity backed, business continuity solutions software vendor. She also founded EvolvHR, providing strategic and operational consulting on talent management and organizational change. Prior to that, Lisa was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Randstad U.S. Professionals.

Lisa graduated Cum Laude, with a bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature from Dartmouth College

Samir Joglekar

Samir Joglekar

Chief Revenue Officer

Samir Joglekar is Syncsort’s Chief Revenue Officer. Samir has more than 25 years of sales executive experience, with deep expertise in identifying and driving strategic initiatives and best practices to support sales objectives. In this role, he is responsible for worldwide integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions at Syncsort, to build on its global sales success and support the dramatic increase in scale due to the company’s rapid growth.

Prior to joining Syncsort, Samir served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Renaissance Learning, a global leader in cloud-based assessment, teaching, and learning software. Before that, he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development at inBloom, Inc., a nonprofit, data analytics company, and Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing at eInstruction, a global education company. Earlier in his career, Samir spent over 20 years at Dell Technologies and Apple, Inc. in a variety of business development, sales and sales leadership roles in the US and EMEA.

Samir received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Biology from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Kevin Ruane

Kevin Ruane

Chief Marketing Officer

Kevin Ruane is Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he leads the team responsible for demand generation, events, corporate communications, brand, web content, and territory and product marketing.

Kevin has a proven record of building, managing and executing integrated marketing and communications programs for FORTUNE 500 corporations, global business units, and privately-held companies experiencing rapid transformation in the enterprise software sector. He has previously held management positions in corporate marketing at NetSuite, NCR Corp., and Oracle.

Kevin earned a B.S. in Public Relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University.

Amy O'Connor

Amy O'Connor

Chief Data & Information Officer

Amy O’Connor is Syncsort’s Chief Data and Information Officer (CDIO). In this role, she leads the global IT and cloud operations, data analytics, and information security teams responsible for delivering a world-class digital experience as the company continues its rapid growth.

Amy has extensive experience using data-driven approaches to align IT services with user needs. She is also a frequent speaker in the data management space, advocating for the benefits organizations can gain by using a data-driven approach in their IT infrastructure. She has expertise in enterprise business applications, data engineering and data science, information security, employee productivity tools and network and cloud management.

Amy has previously held leadership positions in research & development, marketing, and strategy at Cloudera, Nokia and Sun Microsystems, most recently serving as Chief Data and Information Officer at Cloudera.

Amy earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Connecticut School of Engineering and her M.B.A. from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Jamin Marks

Jamin Marks

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Jamin Marks is Syncsort’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Jamin has more than 15 years of corporate development experience, with an exceptional track record of delivering corporate growth through inorganic execution. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing sustainable M&A processes to support Syncsort’s growth.

Prior to joining Syncsort, Jamin served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at CA Technologies, where he led an aggressive global acquisition approach – from early stage strategy and identification through deal execution. Before that, he held leadership positions in business and corporate development at IBM.

Jamin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science and MIS from Iowa State University, a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Jared S. Hendricks

Senior Managing Director, New York - Centerbridge

Jared joined Centerbridge in 2006 and focuses on investments in the Technology, Media & Telecom sector.

Prior to joining Centerbridge, Jared was an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in technology and related growth companies operating at scale. Previously, Jared was an Investment Banking Analyst within the Global Industrial and Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Jared serves on the Boards of Directors of American Renal Holdings, Inc. (and affiliated entities), Ivy Acquisition Parent Inc., an affiliate of IPC Corp. and Ligado Networks LLC.

Jared holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael D. Rhodin

Michael D. Rhodin

Michael Rhodin is an accomplished executive with a passion for helping enterprise clients extract value from their technology investments, improving their business performance and simplifying the way people work.

During an impressive 30-year career at IBM, Mike held several leadership positions where he ran major business segments in high-growth areas such as Business Analytics, Smarter Commerce, Smarter Cities and Social Business. He most recently headed-up Watson – one of IBM’s most significant innovations in its 100-year history.

Mike currently serves on the international board of advisors for the Santander Group, the supervisory board for TomTom, the advisory board for Arboretum Adventures and as an independent director and chair for the compensation and intellectual property committees at HZO.

He received a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree from University of Michigan and was recognized with an Alumni Merit Award in 2016. Mike was also recognized with an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Roanoke College for his contributions to the development of artificial intelligence systems.

Charles Kane

Charles Kane

Director

Charles Kane is a Senior Lecturer in Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management Group and also in the Global Economics and Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Charles is currently chairman, and formerly president, of the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) Foundation. Prior to OLPC, he was a founding investor and CFO of Global BPO Services Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Corp. Charles has also served as CFO at RSA Security (acquired by EMC), Aspen Technology, Corechange, Inc. (acquired by Open Text Corp.), and Informix Software (acquired by IBM). He also served as president and CEO of Corechange, Inc.

Throughout his career, Charles has been involved in development and execution of sophisticated financial strategies to globalize corporations and mergers and acquisitions.

Charles is the audit chairman on the boards of Progress Software (PRGS); Carbonite (CARB); and RealPage (RP). He is also on the board and a founding member of the Hult Global Challenge, which is now part of the Clinton Global Initiative. Charles has previously served on the boards of Applix (acquired by IBM), Borland Software (acquired by Micro Focus LTD), Demandware (acquired by Salesforce.com) and Netezza Corp (acquired by IBM).

Charles holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in international finance from Babson College.

Lonne is a Managing Director at Insight Venture Partners, a leading growth equity and venture capital firm that has raised more than $13 billion and invested in more than 250+ growth-stage software, internet, and data services companies.

Previously, Lonne was the CEO of Syncsort and a Board Director at Vision Solutions, which is now part of Syncsort.

Before taking on the CEO role at Syncsort, Lonne was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at CA Technologies, responsible for the development and execution of the company’s long-term technical and acquisition-related strategic initiatives.

Prior to CA, Lonne was a Vice President at IBM, where he led a variety of sizable software acquisitions as well as technology growth strategy for two multi-billion dollar software divisions.

Lonne also led IBM’s software businesses for the education, healthcare, life sciences, and government industries, including technical strategy, software product research and development, acquisition planning, and new business development.

Lonne holds undergraduate and advanced degrees from Harvard University.
