The Backup Express Remote Installation Service provides remote installation and startup assistance for new Backup Express customers with smaller environments. Requirements are:
- Up to 20 Backup Express clients
- File-level implementation only
An experienced Professional Services engineer will work with you, via phone and Internet connection, to install Backup Express, get it up and running, and provide a quick overview of system operation.
This service is provided in blocks of time, either 6 hours or 12 hours.
