Chief Executive Officer
Lonne is CEO at Syncsort, where he and the hundreds of Syncsort employees worldwide are focused on growing the company's high-performance Big Data offerings, both organically and through acquisition.
Previously, Lonne was the senior vice president of corporate strategy at CA Technologies, responsible for the development and execution of the company’s long-term technical and acquisition-related strategic initiatives.
Before joining CA, Lonne spent over a decade at IBM, most recently as vice president of strategy for a multi-billion dollar division focused on software. Prior to this, Lonne was director of mergers & acquisitions for a multi-billion dollar division at IBM, during which time he led multiple IBM analytics software acquisitions. He also led IBM’s software business for the healthcare, life sciences, government, and education industries.
Lonne holds undergraduate and advanced degrees from Harvard University.
Josh Rogers is President of Syncsort, leading global business operations including sales, marketing, support and engineering. Before assuming his current position, he served as SVP, Data Integration Business, VP of Worldwide Field Sales, VP of Field Sales for the Americas, and Director of Sales for Syncsort's Data Management solutions in North America.
Josh previously led Financial Services Sales for Endeca Technologies, and spent six years with the IBM Software Group where he served as the Business Unit Executive for Master Data Management Sales in North America and as leader of the New England Websphere sales organization.
Josh has also worked for Bank of America Capital Investors, the private equity investing arm of Bank of America, and the Investment Banking Division for Wells Fargo.
Josh holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
CMO and General Manager, Sort
Gary Survis is Syncsort’s Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager for the Sort business. Gary is a seasoned marketing and operations executive with experience spanning multiple industry sectors. As Syncsort’s CMO, Gary focuses on ensuring a consistent brand message and positioning for the company across all business units. As General Manager, he is responsible for expanding Syncsort’s market-leadership in non-mainframe sort, with P&L responsibility for Unix, DMX sort, and Application Modernization products.
Before joining Syncsort, Gary was Founder and “Chief Buzz Officer” at Practical Digital Marketing. Prior to that, he was COO of Geoscape Solar, a firm specializing in residential, commercial and non-profit solar projects.
Gary holds a BA in Business from University of Pennsylvania-Wharton, and an MBA in marketing from NYU Stern School. He is also currently a Lecturer at the Wharton School and a Senior Fellow at Wharton’s Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership.
Harvey B. Tessler
Harvey Tessler is one of the original founders of Syncsort, responsible for Syncsort’s mainframe engineering organization. Harvey has held several executive positions that include Engineering, Product Management, Worldwide Customer Services and Marketing. He has extensive product and market knowledge in IBM mainframe and Open Systems.
Harvey holds a BA in Mathematics from New York University and an MBA in Management, cum laude from New York University.
Vice President, Engineering
Tendü Yoğurtçu is Syncsort’s Vice President, Engineering, leading the global engineering team in development and delivery of data integration products on Linux, Unix, and Windows, including Big Data and Hadoop offerings. Before assuming her current position, she served as Senior Director of Software Development where she led the delivery of Hadoop ETL, Sort, and Application Modernization products, and held several engineering management roles, leading the technology implementation for Syncsort’s Data Integration business for over 15 years.
Prior to joining Syncsort, Tendü worked on several high-security software projects, including a large scale software development for an automated concurrent engineering system, where she managed the product life cycle across engineering disciplines. She also was an Adjunct Faculty for Computer Science Department at Stevens Institute of Technology.
Tendü received her PhD in Computer Science-Graph Theory from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ. She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Bosphorus University, Istanbul.
Chief Financial Officer
Krish Venkataraman is Syncsort's Chief Financial Officer. Krish has strategic and tactical expertise and demonstrated success across the industry spectrum – from M&A to corporate finance, investment banking, global corporate strategy, equity research, consulting, trading and exchanges, and payment systems.
Prior to joining Syncsort in March 2014, Krish served as chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of global information technology for NYSE Euronext, where he managed significant portions of capital and expenses for the S&P 500 company with $4 billion in global annual revenues. He helped drive the strategy, governance, financial reporting and management of a workforce in excess of 1,500 that spans three continents and 10 countries.
Previously, he served as chief administrative officer of equities liquid markets for Lehman Brothers, strategist for American Express’s financial advisory practice, and as a mergers and acquisitions expert at Deloitte Consulting.
Krish holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Senior Director, Product Support and Professional Services
Arnie Farrelly is Syncsort’s Senior Director, Product Support and Professional Services, leading the product services teams worldwide in support of customers, partners and system integrators for Linux, UNIX and Windows products, including Big Data and Hadoop solutions. Before assuming his current position, he served as Director of product support and services where he managed the worldwide customer services organization, including technical support, training, consulting and certification programs and has held several engineering management roles, including management of pre-sales support, providing services to customers and partners for Syncsort’s Sort and Data Integration business for over 18 years.
Prior to joining Syncsort, Arnie worked as a Mainframe VM systems programmer in the operating systems support teams where his responsibilities included maintenance, upgrades and support of critical hardware infrastructure for the operating systems.
Arnie received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Providence College, RI.
