Office Manager - Japan

Tokyo, Japan

Syncsort Japan is looking for an Office Manager to take on the below responsibilities.  The candidate must be able to commute to the Tokyo office each day.  

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration role
  • HR support (New hire on boarding preparation, labor management for Japan employees)
  • Expense, manage payroll along with payroll outsourcer in Japan (Tricor KK)
  • New license PO booking role
  • Assist with Customer and Partner event logistics support
  • Business analyst support under country manager’s direction
  • Assistant for Country manager and AE
  • Fluent English/Japanese speaker

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Must fluently speak Japanese/English 
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese labor system and culture
  • Basic knowledge of accounting at software company
  • Excel and Power Point expert level
