Responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive systems integrator (SI) marketing program from the ground up, and manage its day-to-day operation.
- Build comprehensive partner-specific marketing materials, leveraging core product messaging and content.
- Develop and communicate compelling messages/content to SI audiences to drive engagement and gain mindshare for Syncsort data integration solutions.
- Lead collaborative efforts to manage SI partner-related content on the Syncsort partner portal.
- Develop an effective partner enablement program in collaboration with sales and education teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Business or Technical Undergraduate Degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Professional Experience: 10+years of software marketing experience, with at least five years of experience in managing systems integrator marketing relationships. Comprehensive knowledge of sales motion related to enterprise-class information technology solutions.
- Program Management: Demonstrated experience in leading, creating and managing strategic marketing programs — start-to-finish.
- Work Style: Must be a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative as well as balance competing priorities. Must have excellent follow-through, be able to work with minimal direction, and balance the requirements of multiple stakeholders within an organization. Must be flexible and enjoy working in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Preferred Experience: Experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Master Data Management fields. Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems. Social media marketing experience.
Reporting Relationship
This position will report directly to the Director of Data Integration Marketing, but will have significant day-to-day interaction with a wide variety of cross-functional team members (including VP Marketing, VP Worldwide Sales, Director of Global Alliances, and Business Development).
Job Location
The ideal candidate will reside in the United States and work from a home-based office approximately 80% of the time. Travel, both domestic and international, will be required to support business initiatives.
